Mystic Seas

I finished my Mystic Seas on Sunday. These are the socks from the whale watching trip at camp. I really enjoyed knitting these and would be very open to another pair.I will try to get a better picture when the sun comes out.

An Eagle has landed

I am now the proud parent of an Eagle Scout. My DS" Eagle Scout Award ceremony was yesterday. This is the culmination of many years hard work on his part. If you ever get the opportunity to go to an eagle ceremony you should try to go. It is a very moving event. I wish him many more achievements in his life. I will try to post a picture soon.

Birthday Goodies

I had a wonderful surprise for my birthday. My beautiful DD came home from school to go out to dinner with us. She brought me this beautiful Bird of Paradise. She really is a sweet person. DH and DS got me a pair of Bose earphones for my ipod. My friends Bonnie and Kathy gave me some really cool kitchen items. I do love to cook also. I know this has been alot for one day, but I finally feel good again after having been sick for a week.

Last of the camp pictures
